How long does it take to install a glass partition project?
After ordering, the profiles are generally in stock. It is therefore necessary to allow about 10 days maximum time to coordinate the agenda of our teams and yours.
In phase 1, our specialized team will install the profiles. The duration of intervention obviously depends on the size of your project. Once this phase is complete, the team leader will take action to order custom doors and glasses.
In phase 2, and after about 4 weeks, the glasses and doors will arrive that will have to be installed in the profiles, all without dust!
Are the partitions guaranteed?
You can of course count on the manufacturer's legal warranty, which will cover 100% of defects during the period in which it applies (2 years).
Outside of this warranty period, Qovans products are designed to last, and for a long time. It is indeed very rare to have to call on the spare parts availability service, but it is possible and you just need to get in touch with Worksphere for one of our experts to diagnose your problem and for us to give you an estimate for repair.
What are the acoustic capacities of partitions?
They are variable and detailed in the description of our site but also in the documentation. In any case, we work with the best of the best, which is among the best on the market!
Can we move/reconfigure the partitions after installation?
Of course, as its name suggests, this is even one of the big advantages of removable glass partitions, they are not connected to their environment. On the contrary, they adapt to it!
In case of movement and reconfiguration within your spaces, all you have to do is contact your advisor again. Worksphere and we will arrange an appointment on site to discuss practical aspects. These are generally hours under management and any additional documents required.
How is the ventilation of enclosed spaces managed?
This is an excellent question and a specific point of attention that we will be eager to solve with you during our meeting at your premises. There are numerous solutions and we will try to deploy the one that will be the most consistent in terms of efficiency and cost, if necessary!
What happens to packaging waste?
In view of the sensitivity and the cost of the parts to be protected, protective packaging is numerous. This healthy waste management is part of our will and internal policy, and it is included in our offer, all in a dedicated treatment center for professionals!
