How long does it take to install a pod?
Allow about half a day with 2 of our experts to set up an individual pod, and a short day for pods for 4 and 6 people.
Are the pods guaranteed?
Yes. You benefit from a legal manufacturer warranty covering 100% of defects for 1 year (hardware and electronic components). Our cabins are designed to last a long time, and even out of warranty, you can count on our after-sales service to diagnose any problem and offer you an appropriate repair.
What is the power consumption of a pod?
Our pods have very limited electrical consumption thanks to their energy-efficient components. They therefore represent an economic and ecological solution.
Can we move the pods after installation?
Of course! This is one of the main advantages of our acoustic pods. Most models have integrated wheels, making it easy to move them around your spaces according to your needs. A simple 220V outlet is enough to make them operational again in their new location. In the event of a more complex move, our specialized teams can also assist you effectively.
How is ventilation managed?
Ventilation is automated thanks to an integrated digital screen, but can also be controlled manually. We have particularly optimized this essential point to ensure efficient and discreet air renewal, an element often overlooked by low-end manufacturers.
What are the current delivery times?
It takes 5 to 6 weeks to manufacture your acoustic pod, plus about a week to transport it to Belgium. Our logistics department will contact you in order to best organize the delivery.
What happens to packaging waste?
Our packaging is mainly made of recycled cardboard. Our assembly team is committed to recovering and recycling this waste after installation, in accordance with our environmental policy.
What are the delivery and assembly costs?
